Torbay Cleaners provides domestic and commercial cleaning services across Torbay and South Devon, including regular house cleaning, one-off deep cleans, end of tenancy cleaning, holiday let turnarounds and specialist cleans.

The specific scope of each clean will be agreed before work begins, either through our online quote form, by phone, or by email.

All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation. Prices are based on the information you provide about your property, including size, condition and the type of service required.

If, upon arrival, the property differs significantly from the description provided (e.g. it is substantially larger or requires additional work beyond what was agreed), we reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly. Any change will be communicated and agreed with you before we proceed.

Quoted prices include all standard cleaning materials and equipment unless otherwise stated.

By confirming a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.

For regular cleaning services, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a visit. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the booked service.

For one-off services such as end of tenancy or deep cleans, we require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.

Either party may end a regular cleaning arrangement with 7 days' written notice.

It is your responsibility to ensure our cleaners can access the property at the agreed time. If we are unable to gain access and you have not contacted us to rearrange, a cancellation fee may apply.

If you provide us with a key or access code, we will store it securely and use it only for the purpose of carrying out the agreed cleaning service. Keys are labelled with a reference number only - never with your name or address.

We accept no liability for keys lost in transit if they are sent to us by post. We recommend handing keys over in person where possible.

Torbay Cleaners holds public liability insurance. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during a clean, please notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate and, where appropriate, submit an insurance claim.

We take reasonable care with all items in your property. However, we cannot accept liability for damage caused by:

• Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items in a fragile condition
• Items not pointed out as requiring special care
• Damage resulting from faulty fittings or appliances

Any claim must be supported by evidence such as photographs. Our maximum liability for any single incident is limited to the value covered by our insurance policy.

We take all feedback seriously. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the clean so we can put it right.

Where a genuine issue is reported promptly, we will offer to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge. We are unable to offer refunds or re-cleans for complaints raised more than 48 hours after the service was completed.

Payment is due on the day of the clean unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance. We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.

For regular cleaning contracts, invoices are issued weekly or monthly as agreed. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.

We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is outstanding for more than 14 days.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated to existing customers. The latest version will always be available on this page.
