We provide fixed-price quotes based on property size. A 2-bed property typically costs £150-£220, a 3-bed from £220-£300, and larger homes from £320 upwards. If you book both a move-out and move-in clean, we can often offer a combined rate.
For a move-out clean, we recommend scheduling it after furniture is removed so we can access all floors and surfaces. For a move-in clean, the ideal time is after you get the keys but before your belongings arrive. We'll work around your timeline.
They're similar in scope, but end-of-tenancy cleans are specifically designed to meet letting-agent and inventory-clerk standards with a re-clean guarantee. A move-in/move-out clean is for homeowners or private purchases where you simply want the property spotless - without needing to pass a formal checkout inspection.

Yes. For move-in and move-out cleans, we arrive with everything needed - cleaning products, vacuums, mops and microfibre cloths. You don't need to provide anything.
