We price end-of-tenancy cleans as a fixed job based on property size, not hourly. A 1-2 bed flat typically costs £180-£250, a 3-bed house around £280-£350, and larger properties from £380 upwards. Oven and carpet cleaning can be included. We'll confirm the price before any work begins.
That's exactly what it's designed for. We clean to the standard that letting agents and inventory clerks expect at checkout. We also offer a 48-hour re-clean guarantee - if anything is flagged, we'll return and address it at no extra charge.
Ideally, yes. We do our best work in an empty property where we can access all surfaces, cupboards and flooring without working around furniture. If you're still partially moved in, let us know and we'll work around you as best we can.
