Pricing depends on the size of the property and the extent of the construction work. A single-room renovation clean typically starts from around £150-£200, while a full-house post-build clean can range from £300-£500+. We'll assess the scope and provide a fixed-price quote before any work begins.
We can clean as soon as the builders have finished and the space is safe to work in. Ideally, any painting or plastering should be fully dry first. We're happy to coordinate with your builder or project manager on timing.
Yes. We carefully remove paint splashes from hard surfaces, adhesive residue, sticker marks and masking tape remnants. We use appropriate solvents and techniques to avoid damaging new finishes - if something needs specialist attention, we'll flag it.
Yes. For after-builders cleans we bring industrial vacuums, specialist dust extraction equipment, professional cleaning agents and all necessary tools. You don't need to provide anything.
We generally recommend waiting until all construction is complete to avoid re-contamination. However, for larger projects we can do a phased clean - cleaning completed rooms while work continues elsewhere. We'll discuss the best approach for your situation.
