Prices depend on the size of your property and the type of clean you need. A regular fortnightly clean for a 3-bedroom home typically starts from around £25-£30 per hour. End of tenancy and deep cleans are priced as a fixed job based on the property size. We always provide a clear quote upfront with no hidden fees.
For regular cleans, we typically use products and equipment you provide in the home - this is standard for domestic cleaning and means you have full control over what is used around your family and pets. For deep cleans and end of tenancy cleans, we bring everything we need. Just let us know your preference when you enquire.
Yes. For regular cleans we match you with a consistent cleaner who gets to know your home and routine. The only time this would change is due to illness or holiday, and we would always let you know in advance and arrange suitable cover.
Yes. All of our cleaning staff are referenced, vetted and covered under our public liability insurance. We take this seriously because we are asking you to trust us in your home.
Our main service areas are Torquay, Paignton, Brixham, Newton Abbot and Totnes. We also cover surrounding villages and towns including Babbacombe, Kingskerswell, Dartington, Stoke Gabriel, Shaldon and Teignmouth. If you are not sure whether we cover your area, just ask.
Absolutely. Many of our regular clients have dogs, cats and other pets. We just ask that you let us know when booking so we can match you with a cleaner who is comfortable around animals. If your pet needs to be in a particular room during the clean, just let us know.
We offer cleaning services Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 8am to 2pm. We do not currently offer Sunday or bank holiday cleans. If you have a specific time requirement, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate it.
We want you to be completely happy with every clean. If something is not up to standard, let us know within 24 hours and we will arrange for your cleaner to come back and put it right at no extra charge. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Deep cleans, holiday lets, end of tenancy and more - what is included and how they work.
A deep clean covers everything a regular clean does, plus the areas that are often missed - inside the oven, behind appliances, skirting boards, window sills, light switches, door frames, and a thorough clean of bathrooms and kitchens. It is a full top-to-bottom reset for your home.
Yes - holiday let cleaning is one of our core services. We understand the tight turnaround between guests and can work to your changeover schedule. We serve holiday properties across Torquay, Paignton, Brixham and surrounding areas. Linen changes and laundry can be included if needed.
Our end of tenancy clean covers everything a letting agent or landlord will check - oven, hob, extractor fan, all kitchen surfaces and cupboards inside and out, bathrooms descaled and polished, floors, skirting boards, windows (internal), doors and frames. The aim is to get your deposit back or prepare the property for new tenants.
Of course. We offer one-off deep cleans, spring cleans, pre-event cleans, and post-renovation cleans with no commitment to an ongoing service. Many customers do try us for a one-off clean first and then decide to book regular visits - but there is no pressure either way.

How to book, cancel, arrange key access and pay for your clean.
You can request a quote through our online form, give us a call on 01803 000 000, or send us a message via the contact page. Let us know your property size, location, and the type of clean you need, and we will get back to you with a clear quote - usually within a few hours.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a clean. This gives us enough time to offer the slot to another customer. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a charge. We understand things come up, so just communicate with us and we will always be fair.
Yes. Many of our regular clients leave a key with us or use a key safe. We are fully insured and all staff are vetted, so you can feel confident giving us access. We will agree the arrangement that works best for you when setting up your service.
We accept bank transfer and card payments. For regular cleans, we typically invoice after each visit or on a monthly basis - whichever suits you. For one-off cleans such as end of tenancy or deep cleans, payment is due on completion.
